Greenland, temperatures

Some scientists calls for alarm due to temperatures on Greenland. This is odd. Did these scientists not use 2 minutes just to check out the Greenland temperatures ealier? 1925-45? Yes, scientists these days discovers that the heat induces far more meltings than they where aware of, but still, why should the melting today be more dangerous than for example in the similar 1925-45 period?

 Greenland is an example of how temperatures measured far from bigger cities shows another temperature profile than we normally see. We see 1970 level that equals 1900 level. We see today’s temperature level equal 1940.
