Australia

Study cases for Australia.

For more info see: RUTI Australia

Fig1. For Australia I found that the continent to some degree had 2 large regions with each their temperature trend in the last century. (see RUTI Australia ).

Fig2. So far we have seen examples where non-coastal stations generally had a cool trend, and then the corresponding coastal temperatures showed some warming. But what about West Australia, where Unadjusted GHCN shows warming, also in non-coastal data??

Fig3. For the warmer land trends of Western Australia, the corresponding coastal trends simply shows even warmer trend, and thus, the pattern of more heat trend for coastal stations remains. (The same situation is also seen for Central-Eastern India).
